- clean up in your head, organize the next day and end the current one, clean up the white board
- take a few (at least 6) deep breaths to calm yourself down
- always go to sleep at the same time every day, including weekend
- workout, take cold showers and eat with a time buffer (if i go to sleep at 23:00, try to avoid these activities from 20:00 or so)
- naps through-out the day no longer than 30mins., and not in late afternoon or in the evening
- turn off PC and phone at least 30mins. before bed
- constistency is the key
